What exactly does she do? Try to just let everything she does go. Don't hold on to it. If she is speaking to your husband about divorcing you or how you are not good enough then talk to him about it. How can you stay married to a man that listen to a 17 year old Daughter?
Just because you are married doesn't mean you are instantly right, you need to consider if the daughter is correct or if she is wrong, if she is wrong you need to be able to justify your position or you will end up alienating your husband. Remember that when it comes to people there are no right or wrong answers, they are simply different answers.
Obviously this daughter is not yours.
If you respect her, then -- after some time -- she will trust you.
Then you will not have problems.
I believe it's good that your husband listens, his daughter, you, every one... it's a good thing to listen.
You need to sit down with them both and talk about the issues that you have, after all shes 17 and should be able to tell you what her problem with you is and you should with her, i would talk to them both its not fair of any of you
counselling and family thearpy. it is his daughter no mater what you stick up for your children, you need to elaborate on the details. but get help with it all together.
ouch. well. i'm sorry that this is happening. i would be on the phone to a therapist like yesterday. this girl needs help, and i'm sure your entire family could benefit from therapy.
He came with family baggage - accept both. Talk to him about it but you can never tell a parent it's me or your kid, you SHOULD lose.
